海帆 SailHai（下称"本应用"）是一款面向出海团队的社媒内容创作、排期发布与数据分析平台，官网为 https://sailhai.com。
SailHai ("the App") is a social media content creation, scheduling and analytics platform. Official site: https://sailhai.com.
2. 我们访问哪些 Google 用户数据 · Google user data we access
当你选择通过 Google 官方 OAuth 连接 YouTube 账号时，本应用在你授权的范围内访问：
- 基础资料与邮箱（userinfo.profile / userinfo.email）—— 用于识别所连接的账号；
- YouTube 频道与视频数据（youtube / youtube.readonly / youtube.force-ssl / youtubepartner）—— 用于展示频道信息、管理你的发布内容与评论；
- 视频上传（youtube.upload）—— 仅在你主动创建/排期发布时，代表你把内容发布到你自己的频道；
- 频道分析数据（yt-analytics.readonly）—— 用于向你展示你自己内容的表现数据。
With your consent via Google OAuth, the App accesses your basic profile/email, YouTube channel & video data, uploads videos on your behalf only when you actively schedule/publish, and reads your channel analytics to show you your own performance data.
3. 我们如何使用这些数据 · How we use it
- 仅用于向你提供上述产品功能：发布/排期你创建的内容、展示你的频道数据、管理你的评论互动；
- 不用于广告，不出售或出租给任何第三方，不用于与产品功能无关的分析或画像；
- 除为提供功能所必需（如将内容通过 YouTube API 提交到你的频道）或法律要求外，不与任何第三方共享；
- 人工不会读取你的 Google 用户数据，除非获得你的明确同意（如你主动请求技术支持）、或出于安全审计与法律合规之必需。
Data is used solely to provide the features above; never for advertising; never sold; not shared with third parties except as required to provide the service or by law; no human reads your data except with your explicit consent, for security, or legal compliance.
4. 存储与保护 · Storage & protection
- OAuth 访问令牌加密存储于我们的服务器，仅用于代表你调用相应平台 API；
- 我们存储你在本应用内创建的内容、发布记录与平台返回的统计数据，用于向你提供服务；
- 我们采取访问控制、传输加密（HTTPS）与最小权限等措施保护数据安全。
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used only to call platform APIs on your behalf. Content, publish records and analytics are stored to provide the service, protected by access control, HTTPS and least privilege.
5. 数据保留与删除 · Retention & deletion
- 断开账号连接或删除本应用账号后，我们将在 30 天内删除对应的 OAuth 令牌与 Google 用户数据；
- 你可随时通过 Google 账号安全设置 撤销本应用的访问权限；
- 你也可发邮件至下方联系邮箱请求删除你的数据。
Upon disconnecting or account deletion we delete related tokens and Google user data within 30 days. You may revoke access anytime at Google Security Settings, or email us to request deletion.
6. Google API 服务合规声明 · Google API Services compliance
本应用对从 Google API 获取的信息之使用，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy， 包括其中的 Limited Use（有限使用）要求。
The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. YouTube API 服务 · YouTube API Services
- 本应用使用 YouTube API Services。使用本应用即表示你同意 YouTube 服务条款；
- 同时适用 Google 隐私权政策；
- 你可随时在 https://myaccount.google.com/permissions 撤销本应用对你 YouTube 数据的访问。
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy applies; you can revoke the App's access to your data via Google Security Settings at any time.
8. 其他平台数据 · Other platforms
连接 Facebook、Instagram、X、LinkedIn、TikTok、Telegram 等平台时，本应用同样仅通过各平台官方 OAuth/API，在你授权范围内代表你发布内容、读取你自己内容的统计与评论，遵循与上文一致的使用、存储与删除原则。
The same use, storage and deletion principles apply to other connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, etc.), accessed only via official OAuth/APIs within your authorization.
