1. 服务说明 · The service

海帆 SailHai（下称"本服务"，官网 https://sailhai.com）为团队提供社媒内容创作、多平台适配、排期发布与数据分析能力。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款。

SailHai (https://sailhai.com) provides social media content creation, per-platform adaptation, scheduling and analytics. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. 账号与授权 · Accounts & authorization

• 你只能连接你合法拥有或获授权管理的社媒账号，且仅通过各平台官方 OAuth 完成授权；
• 本服务不提供也不支持账号批量注册、养号、防关联等违反平台规则的行为；
• 你可随时在本服务或各平台安全设置中断开授权。

Connect only accounts you legitimately own or manage, via official OAuth. Bulk registration or platform-rule evasion is not provided or supported. You may disconnect at any time.

3. 内容责任 · Your content

• 经由本服务创建、审核并发布的内容归你所有，你对其合法性负责；
• 不得利用本服务发布违法、侵权、欺诈或违反目标平台社区准则的内容；
• AI 生成内容仅为辅助，发布前应经你方审核确认。

You own and are responsible for content you publish. Do not publish unlawful or infringing content or content violating destination-platform rules. AI output is assistive and subject to your review.

4. 第三方平台条款 · Third-party platform terms

通过本服务连接与发布到 YouTube、Facebook、Instagram、X、LinkedIn、TikTok、Telegram 等平台时，你同时受各平台条款约束——包括 YouTube 服务条款与 Google 隐私权政策。 数据处理方式详见我们的隐私政策。

When connecting and publishing to third-party platforms you are also bound by their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

5. 服务可用性与责任限制 · Availability & liability

本服务按"现状"提供；因第三方平台接口调整、网络故障等导致的发布延迟或失败，我们将尽力恢复但不承担间接损失。在法律允许范围内，我们的责任以你就该服务实际支付的费用为限。

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party API changes or network failures; total liability is limited to fees actually paid, to the extent permitted by law.

6. 终止 · Termination

你可随时停止使用并请求删除数据（见隐私政策）；对违反本条款的使用，我们可暂停或终止服务。

You may stop using the service and request data deletion at any time; we may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms.
